How to win prizes? You will be a winner if the lucky number e.g.- A 12345678) of your Jersey Milk packet matches with the numbers declared after the draw.
Where to find the declared winning numbers? Daily draws will be published in “Local Tv” channel scrolls and company web site www.creamlinedairy.com. Results of Weekly and Bumper draws will be available through Sakshi news paper, “Local Tv” scrolls and company web site. Results are also available through your nearest Jersey Agent.
How to preserve jersey milk packets? Dip every empty Milk packet in little warm water, dry it completely. Please keep the milk packets safe and clean. Note down the Lucky number for further reference.
How to claim prizes? Winners can call on either Toll Free 1800-425-5868 OR Customer Care: 8978666000 and claim their prizes.

The Silver Jubilee Celebration is being run by Creamline Dairy Products Ltd. 1-11-251/19/A3, 3rd Floor, Motilal Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016 A.P. (herein referred to as CDPL)
This Silver Jubilee Celebration is applicable for Consumers residing in GHMC limits, Medchal and Sanga reddy.
Employees and associates of CDPL are not eligible to participate in this Silver Jubilee Celebration.
This Silver Jubilee Celebration is only applicable to household users and not to commercial users.
The winners will be selected on the basis of lucky draw at the sole discretion of CDPL.
Winners agree that the manufacturers of the prizes shall be solely responsible for the product, warranty, quality, deficiency of service and other related claims made by the winners and CDPL shall not be held liable for the same.
All taxes including the payment of TDS and other taxes as applicable shall be borne by the buyer declared to be the Winner(s).
The winners shall be responsible for providing true and correct personal information at the time of claiming the Prize.
A winner shall not be entitled to dispute the same or enter into any correspondence with CDPL regarding the same.
Only the Milk packets sold for the day or the week will be eligible for that particular day’s and week’s draw. However, those packets will be eligible for the bumper draw.
Persons holding the packets with notified prize winning numbers will have to collect the prize within seven days of the declaration of results or else prizes will be fortified and no further correspondence on this will be entertained.
CDPL reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or amend any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein and the winners shall be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.
Individuals found misusing this Celebration for their personal gain will be disqualified.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
CDPL reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with item(s) of similar value in case of stock unavailability without any prior notice.
All disputes relating to the Silver Jubilee Celebration and these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Hyderabad only.
