Corporate Headquarters is moving shortly
Corporate headquarters is moving shortly to a more convenient location. A new Corporate Office Building is under construction in a business bay of Somajiguda, Hyderabad in a net area of 633sq.yds. Construction began during April 2008 and is expected to be completed and ready for occupation in March/April 2010. The complete budget for the Corporate Building project is Rs.5 cr. includes modular interiors and furniture. The total number of floors is 5 with an area of 25000 ft2.
In-plant training for Dairy Technology (B. Tech.) students
As a part of core curriculum, students of Dairy Technology (B. Tech.) students from one of the reputed Dairy Institute are about to undergo a four / five month In-plant training at Uppal plant from January 2010
Q on Q performance
The Company has posted a turnover of about Rs 111.84 crores for the second quarter ended by September 2009. Against Budgeted Turnover of Rs.119.16 crores with a deficit of 6.14% over the Budget
Turnover for the corresponding in the previous year was Rs 96.61 crores and registered a growth of about 15.76% Average Sales Volume for the 2nd quarter is 4,77,176 LPD and registered a growth of about 20.81% over corresponding period in the previous year, 0.60% deficit over budgeted volume.
Half Year 09-10 Vs Half Year 08-09
The Company has posted a turnover of Rs.220.33 crores for the first half in the current financial year 2009-10, against Budgeted turnover of Rs.238.49 crores deficit against the budget was 7.61%.,
Turnover for the corresponding period in the previous year was Rs.198.04 crores and registered a growth was 11.25%.,
Average Sales volume for the first half in the current financial year is 456055 LPD which registered a growth of about 16.88% over the corresponding period in the previous year and also deficit in the first half in the current financial year by about 1.73% over budgeted volume.
