SBUs GMs attend CII workshop
SBUs GMs G. Devanath Reddy, G. Madhukar Reddy and G. Lakshmi Prasad and Sr. Manager (Trg. & Dev.) S. Shashi Kumar attended a two-day workshop on CII Model of Excellence at Gurgaon on 15th & 16th of January, 2008. The practices and techniques of assessment towards achieving excellence were discussed followed by practical exercises. Ms. Indrani Ghosh, Mr. S.K. Dutta and Mr. C.V. Rao conducted the workshop while delegates from many MNCs partook in the training.
The GMs and the Sr. Manager also visited NDRI at Karnal and Nestle Plant at Samalkha besides meeting representatives of ancillary industries manufacturing packaging material and dairy equipment. The workshop and the visits helped them to firm up their resolve to achieve excellence and to gain first hand industrial exposure.
DNV recommends ISO 22000 certification
DNV, the accredited agency for ISO 22000 certification, has recommended Powder Plant (Ongole) for the certification. DNV team has conducted final audit at Powder Plant on 8/1/08 for ISO 22000 certification and the team after satisfying with the systems installed, the processes adopted and the quality parameters being followed at the Plant has recommended it for certification. Marketing Director inaugurates New Zonal Office
Mr C.Balraj Goud, Marketing Director inaugurated the new Zonal Office at Mehdhipatnam on 10.11.07 to cater more conveniently to the outlying areas including Rajendra nagar, Kattedan, Hassan Nagar, Toli Chowki, Gachi Bowli
3 milk routes will be diverted to this zonal office and this measure arises out of the commitment the Company has to its consumers to supply healthy, hygienic and qualitative milk by significantly reducing delivery time. Launch of Jersey Cow Plus Scheme .
Jersey Cow Plus Scheme has been launched at Peddekonedepalli Village of Chittoor district in Sep’07.
